COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Our church is committed to outreach activities, and to building a world community with peace, liberty and justice for all. Our children, youth, adult friends and members are involved with many local, national and international causes.

Some of the activities involving our children and youth include:

• Weekly food collections to Troy People Concerned
• Packing of Thanksgiving food baskets for Lighthouse Social Services
• Yearly donations to the Guest at Your Table Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (UUSC) program
• Gifting Tree program for Lighthouse Social Services

Our adult friends and members support the following activities:

• South Oakland Shelter
• Capuchin Soup Kitchen
• CROP Hunger Walk
• Habitat for Humanity
